International Organizations don’t make the application process easy for us. Different organizations use different ways to mark seniority, either by grade levels or by the job title as their indicator. However, many NGO’s don’t use grades at all, for them the title and the requirements are the only indicators. Impactpool wants to make it easier for applicants to find their dream job.
