Impactpool career webinar - What are my chances to secure a UN job?

During 2016 Impactpool reached out to 1750 talents that during the past 20 years started their career as Junior Professionals Officer (JPO) of the United Nations. Some were still active JPO's and some were retired. We asked them to fill out a survey and our goal was to find the universal profile of a young UN staff member.
