Insights from a Senior Impact Recruiter | Why do many candidates fail in senior interviews?

In interviews for more senior roles at the P-5 and D-1 level, candidates often fail to convince selection panels of their suitability due to an inability to demonstrate the right mind-set and experience. For instance, as a candidate you must show that you can take the broader picture into consideration and handle complexity.
