Lately, OSCE has become a role model in the area of employer branding. Several interesting initiatives have been launched. One initiative that caught my attention was their February campaign - “Bias Bites”. To learn more about this initiative, I reached out to Michael Conneely Deputy Director HR, Head of Talent Management and asked him a handful of questions.
