This Master in Public Procurement for Sustainable Development was a very enriching one for me, both professionally and personally

This Master in Public Procurement for Sustainable Development was a very enriching one for me, both professionally and personally - from the well designed, delivered and taught courses; to the learned professors by whom I am honored to have been taught; to my esteemed classmates of diverse backgrounds who without hesitation were able to share their ideas, experiences, cultures and traditions with me; to the coordinators of this program who continuously provided guidance and assistance throughout the duration of this program.

More so, the structure of this program was most welcome, as it accommodates working professionals like myself. Upon completion of this program, I have since returned to my home country Guyana and am currently working at the Inter American Development Bank. Working with this organization I am able to practice my new skills and expertise in Public Procurement and continue to work towards sustainable development in my country.

Lastly, as an indigenous woman, in a world where women still fight for the right to an education, I am thankful, honored and proud to have been part of the class of 2016/2017 of this program and I most definitely recommend it to all those who are passionate about development, especially women working or who wish to work towards the development of their countries.
