Chitra Narayanaswamy Director of Program Planning and Finance (Controller) Chitra Narayanaswamy was appointed Director of Program Planning and Finance (Controller) in 2013 and oversees Program Performance and Budget, Finance, Risk Management and the deployment and evolution of the Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) and Enterprise Risk Management (ERM) Systems. Chitra was previously responsible for managing a Division entrusted with strengthening Results-Based Management, planning, and implementation of the Organization’s ERP portfolio of projects and providing Program and Project Management support to the Strategic Realignment Plan (SRP). She also served as Senior Advisor assisting the Director-General in planning, launching and overseeing WIPO’s SRP. In her early years in WIPO, following the completion of a successful project to modernize the financial, budgetary and related reporting processes and systems enabled by an ERP platform, Chitra was tasked with the planning and coordination of various organizational and management initiatives. Chitra joined WIPO in 1999 after having gained over a decade of training and experience in strategic consulting, business transformation, business process re-engineering and the implementation of ERP systems through her work for a global management consulting firm, in their Mumbai office in India. She holds a degree in Electrical Engineering from a National Institute of Technology in India. |

Kim Miles-Reimschuessel Director of Information Technology Kim Miles-Reimschuessel is a Director of Information Technology, with experience in both the international public sector and the private sector. She has a broad professional technical background covering business continuity and risk management, IT service management, project/program management, cloud and data center hosting, and business transformation. She has a Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Computer Science, a Bachelor of Arts (BA) in English and Politics, and a Masters in International Relations. |
