About John
Webinar Leader John Evans enjoyed a highly successful career in the education sector prior to moving to a senior role in graduate and executive development in financial services. A series of major corporate acquisitions in the sector saw him promoted to global talent management leadership with a leading US-based human capital and management consulting firm. In 2009, as the recession hit this sector hard, John was made redundant and determined to make a new career in international development. John draws on his own experience of navigating a mid-life career transition from management consulting to the creation and leadership of World Vision International’s executive development and global talent management function.
