You select a coach among those listed below. We recommend you to select a coach that speaks a language you are comfortable with, and who is located in a timezone close to yours.

Tell the coach about yourself

You provide some information about yourself, such as your location and preferred language, and upload a copy of your resume.

Pay the coach

You pay the coaching fee.

The coach gets in touch with you

The coach confirms the booking and contacts you directly.

The coaching session takes place

The coaching session takes place at the date and time agreed upon between you and the coach.

Javier has worked in international development and humanitarian operations for more than 15 years, primarily for Oxfam Spain and Oxfam International. Currently he is the Head of Human Resources at the Union for the Mediterranean, a regional international organization based in Barcelona.
He has worked in more than 20 countries in Africa and Latin America, resourcing talent, fostering leadership and developing organizational and individual capacity.

Veronika has extensive experience with recruitment, career transitions and international moves, having worked in the private staffing industry and almost a decade with HR matters in the United Nations Development Programme (UNDP).

Veronika is now back in her native Sweden, from where she coaches private and corporate clients from all over the world on matters of health, career, business development and leadership.
