Anna is an experienced coach and HR professional with over 20 years of service in the United Nations and international organisations, including UNICEF and WFP. She has held progressively senior roles across field and headquarters duty stations, working as a Recruiter, Young Professionals Coordinator, and HR Operations Manager. Her career reflects deep expertise in human resources management and talent development within complex, multicultural environments.

As a third-generation global nomad, Anna brings first-hand understanding of how international careers shape professional paths, personal identity, and work–life choices. She thrives in diverse settings and supports clients navigating change, transition, and growth.

Today, Anna works as a Solutions Focused Coach, HR Consultant, blogger, and small business owner. She is proud to have been among the first coaches on Impactpool since 2016. Anna is a Professional Certified Coach (PCC), a member of the International Coach Federation (ICF), and an accredited Senior Practitioner with the European Mentoring and Coaching Council (EMCC).
