Mission and objectives
The United Nations Volunteers (UNV) programme is administered by UNDP and follows all UNDP rules and regulations. UNV is the UN system common service that promotes volunteerism to support peace and development worldwide. Volunteerism can transform the pace and nature of development and it benefits both society at large and the individual volunteer. UNV contributes to peace and development by advocating for volunteerism globally, encouraging partners to integrate volunteerism into development programming, and mobilizing volunteers.
Context
The PowerPoint Template will be used during the monthly townhall meeting for UNV Personnel.
Task description
We are looking for Online Volunteer/s who under the guidance of the UNV Executive Office and in close collaboration with the Human Resources Section support us by producing a PowerPoint Template that will be used for the introduction of new staff during the monthly townhall meeting. In particular, the Online Volunteer/s is asked to: - Design a PowerPoint Template/s, which includes, but is not limited to, the photo of each new staff member, name, and position. - Come up with a creative and exciting way to introduce new staff members. - Develop a design based on UNV Brand Guidelines, which will be shared with the Online Volunteer/s. The Online Volunteer/s will have the opportunity to build connections with the UNV and learn about the ways in which graphic design can support the organization.
