The current call is open to fill any potential vacant places at the Space Surveillance & Tracking Front Desk. The trainee will be expected to carry out under supervision the following duties: - Contribute to the development of SST service provision tools and processing algorithms, e.g. visualisation, reference frame transformations, orbit determination, propagation, collision avoidance; - Support the definition and execution of validation activities to ensure service provision is according to defined requirements and validation criteria; - Support the team operational activities, e.g. preparation of meetings with users, related reporting, setting up alerts; - Support the preparation and review of technical documentation and the interface with stakeholders.
