We are looking to hire a Public Private Partnership Expert for a National Technical Support Unit to support implementation of National Tuberculosis Elimination Program with Central TB Division based out of Delhi.

The PPP Expert is expected to provide overall policy inputs and strategic support related to different PPPs under NTEP to CTD.

  • Developing the operational framework for already approved PPP guidance under NTEP.
  • Supporting all 9 TSUs /States TB Cell to develop private partnership.
  • Supporting all 9TSUS /states to identified PPP areas.
  • Supporting all 9 STSUS/States TB Cell in undertaking financial feasibility of the PPPs and developing the financial model and bid parameters.
  • Supporting all 9 STSUs/ State TB Cell in developing partner selection guidelines, tender documents for selecting the partners, advertising for partners, facilitating pre-bid meetings, tender evaluation and all other tasks related to transaction management.
  • Supporting all 9 TSUs / States TB Cell, in partner management and contracts management.
  • Providing technical advice and ongoing capacity building of all 9 STSUs / State TB Cell in relevant matters.
  • Developing systems for MIS and documentation of PPP initiatives.
  • Any other tasks related to PPP as required by the CTD /State TB Cell.

Qualification:

  • Postgraduate in management/ PGDHM (2 Yrs Full time-AICTE approved)/Commerce/ finance/economics/ Health Economics/ Life Science/social sciences from recognized University/Institute.
  • At least 6 years plus of experience in design and management of health sector projects with significant experience of designing and managing PPP projects.
  • Experience of working with state government and handling policy discussions and negotiations with senior policy makers within the government. 
  • Experience of working with private health care providers like hospitals, diagnostic centres, etc. or handling assignments related to clinical and non-clinical hospital services and ancillary support services shall be an added advantage.
