TB Alert India (TBAI) is a non-profit organisation working with a vision to make India free from TB. It has a strong presence in Telangana, Andhra Pradesh, Delhi, Haryana, Rajasthan and Punjab. All projects of TBAI aim at supporting the National TB Elimination Program (NTEP), mobilizing, and linking local communities in fighting against TB.

TB Alert India is implementing Joint Effort for Elimination of TB (JEET) 2.0 and COIVD -19 (C19) projects in states of Delhi and Haryana with support of William J. Clinton Foundation (WJCF – PR).

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Complete responsible for financial operations, admin and HR related activities ensuring strict adherence to organisational policies
• Responsible for timely and accurate financial reports preparation and submission to Head Office and PR.
• Up taking and ensuring timely entry of financial information/data and maintaining all financial records as per the project requirement.
• Ensuring timely processing of payments, Payroll, financial disbursements, ledgers, tally and cash management etc…
• Work in close coordination with program team, other finance staff of the project, and Finance Team at HO
• Work in close coordination with State Leads for timely completion of project requirements for smooth implementation of the project.
• Responsible for Finance and Admin aspects of the Unit Office and Project office.
• Ensure proper verification of bill and vouchers in conformity with the organizational standards of accounting and recommend for payments
• Timely preparation and submission of Disbursement Request (DR) ,Cash Balance Reports (CBRs), Monthly Expenditure Report (MER), Quarterly Financial Reports (QFRs) PUDR, quarterly variance analysis report with reason of variance and all other reports/ information time to time asked by PR.
• He / She shall be responsible for data analysis on monthly basis.
• Maintain books of accounts including Tally data, Stock registers etc., and keep in safe custody in good condition
• Conduct financial Monitoring visits to the branch Office and also field staff to conduct financial data validation on monthly base and adherence to TBAI/GF financial systems/guidelines.
• Communicate regularly with HO and PR Finance team on budgetary, administrative and financial reporting issues and coordinate with Program Team to resolve it.
• Maintain records to meet legal/statutory and tax requirement and ensure that all statutory requirements are compiled within the time limit and report to Finance Manager on regular basis.
• Provide logistic support to Project team in organizing programs.
• Maintain personnel records, including confidential information. Negotiate with all the vendors and service providers to ensure best price and service.
• Coordinate with all the staff members and resolve the day-to-day issues arising in Finance, administration and Procurement and others.
• Work on the donor specific requirements.
• Attend any other work assigned by reporting officer.

Qualification & Experience: A candidate with M. Com/MBA-Finance/ CA (Inter) with minimum 5 to 8 years’ experience in NGO accounting and auditing system, project finance management and any other bilateral and multilateral establishments. Experience of working in Global Fund projects will be an added advantage.

Desirable skills:

• Good knowledge of computers (MS office, Tally.ERP9 and etc.) is essential.
• Good in English and Hindi languages, oral and written communication skills, convincing interpersonal skills and ability to work as a member of a team in a multicultural environment.
• Good management and negotiation skills.
• Good knowledge on statutory requirements like Income tax, TDS, PF, PT and FCRA.
