Remuneration: Rs. 4 to 4.5 Lakhs per Annum
Eligibility Criterias:
Educational Qualifications: Must be a Post-Graduate degree/ Masterâs degree in Management / HR or MSW with HR specialization or its equivalent. Undergraduate need not apply.
Roles and Responsibilities:
⢠Supporting to implement the HR policies and procedures uniformly across Ekjut offices and projects.
⢠Maintain, update and share the HR MIS with management on regular basis.
⢠Provide information on employee grievances.
⢠Support in facilitating good work culture, employee engagement and welfare.
⢠Support in maintaining data on performance management and appraisals.
⢠Provide support in handling critical issues and resolved as quickly as possible.
⢠Support the staff recruitment and retention processes at all stages from developing and posting job ads to reference checks and then staff selection and joining to exit procedures in across branch offices.
⢠Ensure filing and updating of personnel files for easy reference and retrieval.
⢠Ensure timely update of technology-based MIS and dashboards for HR system monitoring and share the dashboard details to Management periodically.
⢠Support for payroll processing monthly and ensure that all statutory compliances and deductions have been taken into consideration correctly.
⢠Any other activities and responsibilities as required by the organization.
Work Experience:
⢠Must have minimum 5 years of post-qualification work experience in the relevant field experience below 5 years (post Mastersâ/PG degree) will not be considered.
⢠Experience during education / as part of course curriculum will not be considered as full-time work experience.
⢠Should have worked in development/social sector in public health.
⢠Experience of working with the Govt. and of collaborating with multiple stakeholders and partners will be an advantage.
Skills:
⢠Highly motivated, willing to learn, good team work, service-oriented and able to work under high pressure and within a limited time frame.
⢠The candidate should possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, strong writing skills, analytical and problem-solving skills and proficiency in MS Office, Excel, and Power point.
⢠Ability to undertake & deliver on the above responsibilities and tasks.
⢠Excellent documentation, reporting and presentation skills.
⢠Flexibility and the ability to work effectively in a team and cope with pressure and challenges.
⢠A good team player and willing to work in a Multidisciplinary and Multicultural Team.
⢠Excellent communication and presentation skills in English and Hindi.
