Job Title: MIS Coordinator
Reports to: District Mobilization Coordinators

Location: Uttar Pradesh (Baghpat)

Job Purpose:
Overall management of the MIS system of the projects through regular updating, maintaining, triangulating, and validating the program database.
Major Responsibilities:
- Assist DMCs, strengthening the MIS systems of the project to ensure all reporting compliances.
- Maintain quality program databases for all key indicators.
- Collect and accurately input data onto computerized Excel based MIS system.
- Update and maintain project database regularly.
- Strengthen the quality of data through supportive supervision and monitoring visit to the project intervention area areas and triangulate and validate databases.
- Develop questionnaire and conduct rapid survey/research using open-source data collection tools such as KoBo Toolbox, Google form etc.
- Document success stories, case studies, rumours, myths, adverse events, and communication-related issues and concerns from the intervention areas.
- Provide support to DMCs, for the preparation of the weekly, monthly, and quarterly progress reports of CGPP and CGPP’s COVID response.
- Support BMCs in reporting of activities using the appropriate reporting mechanism (google sheet/App/WhatsApp/SMS/manual reporting).
- Obtain reports from the BMCs regularly, compile and share the consolidated report with the DMCs.
- Compile monitoring data of immunization sessions and produce feedback report for the district weekly review meetings.
- Analyze MPRs and other data and provide direct, qualitative feedback to the BMCs during monthly review meetings.
- Build the capacities of the project team for data analysis and use of data in decision making.
- Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisors.
B. Key Deliverables:
- Produce monthly reports by 10th of every month.
- Produce quarterly narrative reports by 15th of every quarter.
- Produce immunization session monitoring feedback report every week before DWR meeting.
- Analyze MPRs and other data and provide direct, qualitative feedback to the BMCs during monthly review meetings.
- Document success stories, case studies and other relevant information every month.
- Provide necessary information to the Program manager/communication team for timely publication of quarterly newsletter, annual reports etc.
- Update project data quarterly on Logalto platform.
C. General requirements:
- Adapt proactively and supportive working relationships with internal team and external partners.
- Maintain confidentiality.
- Participate in formal training events as directed.

Qualifications & Skills Required: :
- Graduate in any discipline preferably in social science/computer science, IT, or similar.
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in data handling and management.
- Excellent interpersonal communication skills and.
- Ability to communicate and write in Hindi and English.
- Computer skills (word-processing/spreadsheets/Power point)Willingness to stay and travel to the remote areas.
