4th Wheel was founded in 2010 with an ambitious vision to strengthen social development programs. Over the years, we have had the opportunity to work with government entities, non-governmental organisations (NGOs), social enterprises and corporate foundations. Our experiences led us to understand the importance of strategic program design, robust implementation, performance monitoring, impact evaluation and structured program documentation. We offer three support areas to organisations involved in socio-economic development: social impact management, communication for development (Com4Dev), and capacity development for implementation and management staff.

Key Skills

• Understanding of both qualitative and quantitative research methods
• Familiarity with monitoring and evaluation mechanisms
• Strong communication skills in English and at least one Indian language
• Acquaintance with statistical tools, concepts, and CAPI instruments like SurveyCTO
• Master’s qualification in a relevant domain
• At least two years of pertinent experience.
Roles and Responsibilities
• Formulate monitoring and evaluation strategies
• Streamline measurement processes and monitor research data
• Organise and execute fieldwork
• Oversee field teams: training, ensuring data integrity
• Analyse and visualise data
• Compile reports.
Location
Powai, Mumbai
Compensation
INR 4.2 LPA to 7.8 LPA.
Recruitment Process
1. Shortlisted CVs receive an online form
2. After completing the form, candidates are invited for a virtual interview (20-30 minutes)
3. Post-interview candidates visit the Mumbai office for tasks and an in-person interview (2-3 hours) 4. Successful candidates receive offer letters within 7-10 days.
