Head – IT & Digital Solutions

Roles & Responsibilities:-

• As the CTO you will be responsible for making executive technology decisions on behalf of the Foundation, including managing a technology budget and invest in technology that will amplify the Foundation’s efforts and impact. You will be an ambitious, multitasker able to thrive in a fast paced environment, a strategic thinker, effective communicator and an expert in technological development
• You will work directly with the CEO and will act as both a technology and business expert (someone who has understanding of the programs), making decisions that will impact the current and future operations of the Foundation.
• Validating the technical feasibility of the digital initiatives and setting a vision and operational roadmap for how technology will be used in the various CSR programs.
• Ensuring the application of engineering excellence, design best practices and all technology practices adhere to regulatory standards.
• Ensure the organization’s technology platforms, partnerships and external relationships fully serves its business strategy.

Experience & Educational Requirements –
• Extensive experience in developing new digital solutions for development sector.
• Scaling up a complex interdisciplinary technical team, identification of resources and the management and control of them.
• Experience in a start-up environment would be beneficial
• Technology strategy planning and application to meet business goals and objectives.
• Development and implementation of NPI methods and processes including gateways and build requirements.

a) Necessary:
• 15 years’ experience with quailification in M.Tech /B.E/ B.Tech (IT, Mechanical, Electrical, others would be considered)
• 5 years in an executive level technical role

Desirable:
• S/he should be experienced in commissioning projects from third parties to meet agreed objectives.
