Qualification- Graduate with B Ed having minimum 2 years teaching experience, strong in Maths & English .
Key Skills - Patience, Ability to communicate with Slum Children & Flair for Music, Art & Craft, basic computer knowledge.
Job Description/ Responsibilities-
⢠Formation of classes/Batches of 25-30 slum children
⢠Ensuring daily basis/ regular classes with strict time table and location schedule.
⢠Ensuring monthly meeting with parents and making home visits & follow ups of absent and irregular students.
⢠Conducting extracurricular activities & other routine activities /sessions with children.
⢠Ensuring monthly class test / examination of children in each batch.
⢠Mainstreaming the children into the formal school.
⢠Any other activity related with the growth & development of children and as per the Project norms & guidelines.
Salary â Negotiable
