Position: Education Project Technical Assistant
Reports to: Education Project Team Leader, supervised by Education Project Officer
Supervision of: Incentive based volunteers (IBVs)
Duty station: Misrata
Travel: 100% daily travel to project field locations.
Duration and type of contract: renewable (based on performance and funding)
The purpose of the Education Project Assistant is to assist in the day-to-day implementation of education and youth activities for both Libyan and non-Libyan children and adolescents (formal and non-formal education) under supervision of the Education Project Officer. Activities include but not limited to; NRC Better Learning Programme (BLP), teacher professional development, non-formal education classes, life skills, outreach activities.
