Role Description
This is a full-time role for a Regional Director at TAMAS SOCIETY. The Regional Director will be responsible for overseeing and managing the operations and strategic goals of a specific geographic region. They will work closely with other stakeholders to meet financial and operational objectives. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, exceptional communication abilities and experience managing a team. Total field work backed up by Work from home facilities. No office reporting is necessary on daily basis.
Specific JD / Micro niche
a) Building a strong team to control entire zone activities (Program + Resource Mobilization)
b) Opening multiple CTCs (Community Training Centres) across remote rural areas of India in presence of dignitaries
c) Community Mobilization & screening of eligible Woman beneficiaries for imparting livelihood skill training, supervise production, Forward linkage (Domestic & Export)
d) Mobilizing Volunteers / Interns
e) Liaison with various stakeholders like Panchayat, BDO, DM, NGOs, Corporates & other resource persons.
f) Supervision on Training and preparing MIS.
g) Organizing various fundraising events involving beneficiaries and various stakeholders throughout the year.
