Travel:                                             50% travel Within Libya and as instructed by the line manager

  1. Role and responsibilities

The Cash and Livelihood Coordinator will be supporting the field activities related to Cash and Livelihoods CC Portfolio in Libya. The Cash and Livelihood Coordinator will be responsible of management partner relations, recruitment and management of the field staff, ensuring all standard and procedures are being respected, creation and implementation of effective systems to ensure teams are meeting deadlines and delivering quality services. The Cash and Livelihood Coordinator, under the supervision of the Area Manager, will ensure all relevant participant information, selection, follow up, and other reporting systems are running effectively and efficiently. The Cash and Livelihood Coordinator is responsible for project planning and implementation, staff training, limited budget supervision and liaising with stakeholders.
