Summary of Role
The role involves developing and executing comprehensive digital advertising strategies on platforms like Facebook and Google Ads. Responsibilities include monitoring and optimizing campaign performance, staying updated on industry trends.
Also entails tracking key performance indicators, preparing detailed reports, collaborating with internal teams, coordinating with external agencies, and managing stakeholder relationships.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive digital advertising strategies on platforms such as Facebook and Google Ads.
- Monitor campaign performance, optimize targeting, and budget allocation to maximize return on investment.
- Stay updated on the latest trends and changes in digital advertising algorithms and regulations.
- Implement A/B testing methodologies to optimize campaign performance.
- Continuously refine strategies based on data insights and feedback to enhance the effectiveness of digital marketing efforts.
- Track and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess the success of digital marketing campaigns.
- Prepare detailed reports on ad expenses, income generated, and other relevant metrics for performance evaluation.
- Collaborate with various internal teams such as content creation, graphics, and fundraising to align digital marketing efforts with organizational goals.
- Work with the Retention and B2B teams to align digital marketing strategies with their specific objectives.
- Coordinate with external agencies for digital marketing services, ensuring alignment with the organization's objectives.
- Manage relationships with stakeholders, including donors, partners, and influencers, to enhance fundraising efforts.
- Create insightful and visually appealing monthly review presentations summarizing the performance of digital marketing campaigns.
- Present findings and recommendations to the leadership team for strategic decision-making.
- Collaborate with the finance department to ensure accurate and timely billing for digital marketing expenses.
- Maintain transparency and accountability in financial transactions related to digital marketing and fundraising activities.
- Demonstrate proficiency in various digital marketing tools and platforms and a willingness to learn and implement new functionalities.
Qualification and Experience
- Should have a Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Ecommerce, Web Development or a closely related field. Master’s degree is a plus.
- 2-3 years of experience with digital fundraising and cross-channel marketing in a non-profit setting.
- Understanding and experience in conversion rate optimization, developing and optimizing supporter/customer journeys, landing pages and e-commerce donation forms.
- Experience of building and managing successful marketing campaigns across digital platforms to drive income/sales.
- Demonstrated success in managing revenue-generating digital campaigns, including those executed by external agencies.
