Job Description: Institute Director

Independently lead Learnet Institute of Skills, Delhi for enabling youth population from the nearby communities to take up formal jobs/self-employment through sponsored and paid programs.
Develop and maintain a conducive environment at the centre that enables learning and a feeling of safe space for youth
Manage team and hand-hold them for timely deliverables and high-quality outcomes for all of the stages of the program - Community Outreach to Alumni engagement
Effective program management with the support of the team to ensure appropriate enrolments in the program and positive progress of the youth in their journey through the program stages

Essential Education

Post graduation from any stream with minimum 50% marks from reputed university.

5-7 years of experience of leading a project/program preferably in social sector.

Experience of managing training Institute.
Good experience of working in education/skill development & livelihood projects.
Self-driven, excellent time management and multitasking skills
Experience of working with youth.
Strong orientation towards relationship building and problem-solving
Strong verbal and written communication skills in English and Hindi and local language proficiency.
Proven ability to plan and manage operational process for maximum efficiency and productivity.
Strong hold on data management and data analysis.

5-7 years of experience of leading a project/program preferably in social sector.

P&L Responsibilities

Strategize and formulate state/Institute Business Plan including financials in prescribed format & timelines.
Revenue generation for all the State as per agreed Business Plan.
Ensuring revenue generation within the stipulated budget and timelines
People Management

Overseeing hiring of Mobilizers, Trainers positions & other
Defining job responsibilities to his direct reports in conjunction with Regional Head.
Setting up of Weekly/monthly targets of direct repartees and periodic monitoring of the same.
Inspiring, building and managing the team effectively to bring accountability to the team and providing support to all stakeholders.
Doing data analytics to understand the real cause of low turnout/selection/joining and give necessary guidelines to the team for improvements for future.
Managing visits of dignitaries at the Institute

Network with local NGOs & other such organisations.
Project Management
Drive community engagement and admission
Oversee Administration and other related functions.
Risk Assessment & Compliance

Making Risk assessment matrix and mitigation plan as per the guidelines/SOPs/discussions with the superiors/auditors
Framing the policy (SOPs) for smooth functioning of the department and getting it approved from the superiors
Overseeing full compliance to laid down Quality systems and maintaining accounting standards and ensure 100% compliance in the region to comply with organizational policies.
Meeting agreed requirements of internal and external stakeholders.
