CIMMYT i.e. Centro Internacional de Mejoramiento de Maiz y Trigo also known in English as International Maize and Wheat Improvement Center (CIMMYT), is having its branch office at G-2, B-Block, NASC Complex, DPS Marg, New Delhi-110012, India.

 

ToR for PoSH training for Staffs

• Impart training on the subject, adopting holistic approach, to employees.
• Incorporate the compliance related points, under legal framework, as per the nature/ structure of the organization.
• Doing the need analysis based upon the requirement and status of the organization and its employees.
• Prepare presentation, other IEC material for training/ capacity building purposes using latest techniques, impactful visuals.
• Post training survey of the workshop to analyse its effectiveness.
• Prepare a summary report of the session including the list of participants, gist of training topic etc.
• Give certificates to the participants.

Desired profile of the firm:

• Must have proven experience in delivering such trainings.
• Must have capable and certified trainers having expertise on the subject.

Number of Training: 2 single day trainings (One is in Delhi and other follow up session may be in any location of India)

 

First training mode: In-person for Delhi based staff and virtual for other locations of India office.

 

Total staff strength: Delhi: 30 (Physical)Other locations in India- Virtual: 80

Guidelines for Submission for Proposals:

• Signed and stamped quotation on company/organization letterhead should be sent; handwritten quotes will not be accepted. 
• Quotation should be sent/submit to below address only latest by Feb 27, 2024:

• Please submit financial proposal in Annex 1 (given below)
• Post training survey of the workshop to analyse its effectiveness.
• Prepare a summary report of the session including the list of participants, gist of training topic etc.
• Give certificates to the participants.
• Validity of Quote should be till December 2024
• Scan copies of the following should be enclosed with proposals/quotations.
• PAN, GSTIN, Cancelled Cheque, Company profile and Trainer’s profile
