• Stay informed of and ensure adherence to IRC and donor procedures and policies in relation to Supply Chain, Finance, HR, and Programs as set out in relevant IRC manuals and guidelines.
  • Work with Compliance Manager/Officer to develop and implement a checklist for different functions of Finance, Procurement, and Supply chain
  • Closely work with Compliance Manager/Officer to ensure implementation of Local Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) on Compliance
  • Produce consolidated internal reports with findings and issues identified during these reviews, to be shared with the Compliance officer and contribute to giving appropriate recommendations on improvements to the country program and related partners’ processes, systems, and procedures where appropriate.
  • Sample HR, Finance, and Supply chain on a monthly basis using a standard template and report to CD on a quarterly basis.
  • Ensure that all concerns and Compliance issues/gaps are logged and stored securely in line with IRC procedures.
  • To work on any other job related tasks assigned by the line manager
