I.INTRODUCTION & BACKGROUND

Lords Education and Health Society (LEHS), a not-for-profit organization works towards improving the quality and access to primary healthcare services for underserved communities. The Organization is working on primary healthcare models through a partnership with State governments, international agencies, and the private sector by appropriately introducing promising healthcare innovations in the public health system in order to build an equitable, innovation-led, and evidence-based quality healthcare system within easy reach of the underserved population of Rajasthan, Madhya Pradesh, Delhi, Uttar Pradesh, Assam, Uttarakhand and Meghalaya. WISH (Wadhwani Initiative for Sustainable Healthcare) is a flagship program of LEHS in India.

This Request for Proposal (RFP) is issued by LEHS|WISH for the procurement of various equipments for the health facilities. The purpose of this RFP is to solicit proposals from qualified vendors capable of supplying the specified items according to the outlined specifications.

II.SCOPE OF WORK

LEHS|WISH invites proposals for the procurement of the following Equipments inclusive of taxes, transport and delivery and installation. Delivery bifurcation as mentioned in Annexure-2 and full addresses with POC name and mobile numbers in Annexure 3:

The vendor is responsible for arranging transportation, installing the equipment, and ensuring it is in working condition upon delivery to the specified location.

Additionally, the vendor will print and apply the brand sticker (3M) in appropriate sizes, featuring the logo, prior to deploying the equipment to the facilities. LEHS|WISH will provide the printable file for the stickers to be affixed onto each individual piece of equipment before deployment.

PROPOSAL SUBMISSION DEADLINE

All the suppliers are requested to submit their proposals must be before or on 29th Feb 2024, with subject line RFP– for Procurement of Medical Equipment’s

Proposal Submission Guidelines

All interested vendors must submit their proposals in accordance with the guidelines outlined below;

  • Suppliers are expected to submit the proposal with the detailed product specifications along with cost propose pertaining to the quantity mentioned as per RFP.
  • Product Warranty/Guarantee details should be mentioned properly.
  • Proposals received after the deadline will not be considered

Evaluation Criteria

Proposals will be evaluated based on the following criteria:

  • Adherence to Specifications
  • Cost Competitiveness
  • Vendor Experience and Reputation
  • Warranty and Support Services 

Mandatory enclosure

  • Please submit the following as enclosures or attachment with your quotation. Bidders must provide all the information requested below. Quotations that do not provide the required information and certificates, or do not follow the submission requirements may not be reviewed.
  • Company Profile, testimonials, work completion reports, purchase orders, reference (NGOs).
  • GST registration certificate.
  • PAN registration.
  • TAN registration.
  • Audited Financials for last three years (3 pages).
  • Income Tax Return for last three years.
  • Cancelled cheque.
  • Copy of registration documents/certificate and most recent renewal as a legal entity.
  • Preferably Private Ltd company and has sound business records.

Only shortlisted organizations will receive an acknowledgment and will be called for personal interactions-presentation / negotiations. Organizations that do not hear from us within two weeks from the last date of submission of the proposal may assume that their application has not been successful.

LEHS|WISH reserves the right to reject any or all proposals and to negotiate terms and conditions with the selected vendor. The acceptance of any proposal is at the sole discretion of LEHS|WISH.
