Job Overview/Summary:
•The Mobile Medical Unit Doctor provides medical consultations offered by the mobile unit. He/She works closely with Mobile Medical Unit (MMU) senior officer, Sr Primary Health Manager, Pharma Manager, MHPSS Manager and other department managers in creating the schedule for the mobile unit. The MMU Doctor is responsible for outreach and health promotion and acts as point of contact with outside entities like community organizations and maintains strong community connections. The Medical Doctor assures delivery of high-quality services comply with all Ministry of Health protocols and guidelines. In addition, the MMU Doctor actively participates in referral pathways to higher more specialized health facilities or secondary healthcare. Under the direct supervision of the MMU senior officer, the MMU Doctor will also coordinate with the Health Coordinator as necessary. 
Specifically, the MMU Doctor will be responsible for: 
•Provide primary diagnosis, treatment and ensure an effective referral system.
•Work closely with local authorities, community members, and non-governmental organizations working in the healthcare sector.
•Participate in the preparation of weekly reports, medical statistical reports.
•Analyse the vulnerability of the population with the support of the MMU senior officer.
•Participate in the planning of MMU visits.
•Take a part in the provision of medicines to locals, explain prescriptions and work in close cooperation with the pharmacist to create and monitor lists of medicines and stocking of medical pharma.
Major Responsibilities: 
•Follow step by step with core humanitarian principles and GEDI politics.
•Actively participate in internal coordination mechanisms 
•Actively participate in primary health care needs assessments as necessary among the conflict affected populations, with specific emphasizes on NCDs and SRH. 
•Support the development of referral pathways to specialized health facilities and secondary health care. 
•Support the development of referral pathways with Protection, ERD programmes.  
•Work closely with the health managers and pharmacy manager to ensure availability of WHO essential medications at mobile clinics at all time. 
•Actively supports/participates in developing and implementing strategies for improving access, quality standards, effectiveness, and participation based on statistical results, evaluations, surveys, and feedback from attendees.
•Performs other duties as assigned.
Documentation and Reporting:
•Support implementation of data collection, M&E and quality control measures for mobile health clinic services.
•Participate in preparation of internal reports, including submission of weekly reports to Sr PHM.
•Support project staff to maintain program records and documentation as per project management minimum standards, including maintaining the confidentiality and security patient data.
•Ensure proper documentation of patient consultation and prescription in the proper way.
Requirements:
1.Medical Doctor registered NHS licensing body of Ukraine.
2.Minimum two years of experience working in primary health care.
3.Language: Bilingual in Ukrainian and Russian required
4.Strong management skills, with experience in team management
5.Experience working with partners to implement programming. 
6.Ability to influence others to perform their jobs effectively and to be responsible for making decisions.
7.Ability to work within a team structure, flexible, and can cope with stressful workloads and working with limited resources.
8.Excellent command of the use of Microsoft Office especially Outlook, Work, Excel and Power Point
9.Good communication, teamwork skills and ability to work independently.
