About the Role:

As the Project Manager for the ASAA project, you will be responsible for overseeing the successful planning, execution, and delivery of the project. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, stakeholders, and external vendors to ensure that project goals are met within the allocated budget and timeline. You will manage resources, resolve issues, and ensure effective communication throughout the project lifecycle.

 

You Will:

  • Coordinate and oversee project activities, ensuring adherence to the plan, including timelines, milestones, and resource allocation.
  • Build and lead a high-performing project team, assigning tasks and responsibilities.
  • Provide guidance, support, and mentorship to team members.
  • Regularly communicate project status, risks, and issues to internal and external stakeholders.
  • Communicate with stakeholders and provide regular updates and establish effective communication channels.
  • Proactively identify and assess project risks and develop mitigation strategies.
  • Manage the project budget, ensuring cost-effective utilization of resources.
  • Establish quality standards and ensure project deliverables meet them.



You Have:

  • At least 5 years of proven experience as a project manager, preferably in large-scale projects.
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., project management, business administration).
  • You have held a position at the crossroads between multiple departments and know how to communicate across departments (sales, product, HR..).
  • Team management and experience in delegation and coaching.
  • Experience with project management principles, tools, and techniques Proficient in project management software and collaboration tools.
  • Exceptional problem-solving and decision-making capabilities.
  • Exceptional organizational and multitasking skills to manage multiple project aspects simultaneously.
  • Resilience to overcome challenges and maintain focus on project objectives.
  • English and French proficiency.
