For the Procurement of Two New Vehicles

1. Last Mile Health is an implementing partner of the Ministry of Health for healthcare delivery in rural Liberia. We work alongside the Ministry of Health in RiverCess, Grand Gedeh, and Grand Bassa counties to serve over 250,000 people. We are the Ministry’s Lead Community Health Partner and Technical Advisor.
2. Last Mile Health now invites sealed bids from qualified and eligible bidders for the Procurement and Supply of Two New Vehicles for its operations as stated below: 

3. The Bidding process will be conducted through an Open Tender/Bidding procedure as specified in the Last Mile Health Liberia Procurement Manual V.3.0 and is open to eligible and qualified bidders from Eligible Source Countries as defined in the Bidding Document.

5. Qualifications requirements include the following:

• Article of Incorporation, Partnership Agreement, or Joint Venture (JV)
• Valid Tax Clearance Certificate;
• Valid Business Registration Clearance;
• Proof of Public Procurement & Concessions Commission (PPCC) Vendor’s Registry Certificate duly issued by the Commission;
• Past Performance History with at least Five (5) References with contact information (numbers and email addresses);
• Ability to Pre-Finance Supply based upon an approved Purchase Order;
• Audited Financial Statement for at least One (1) of the last two years;
• Submission of Product Brochures 
• Guarantee Schedule of Delivery.
• Import Certificate/Dealership Certificate/Authorized Dealer Certificate. 

6. Interested eligible bidders may obtain further information from the Last Mile Health Procurement Office and inspect the Bidding Documents at the address given from 9:00 A.M. to 4:30 P.M., Mondays through Thursdays, and on Fridays, 9:00 A.M. to 11:59 A.M.

9. Late bids will be Rejected and Returned Unopened.
10. Electronic Bidding will not be permitted. Opening will be done promptly after closing at 11:15 A.M. Monday, April 8, 2024, in the LMH Conference Room. Bids will be opened in the presence of the bidder’s representatives or those who choose to attend.
