Day-to-day HR Administration
Assist with day to day operations of the HR functions and duties in Kharkiv office;
Provide clerical and administrative support to Human Resources Coordinator and manager;
Compile and update employee records (hard and soft copies);
Maintaining employees records in WorkDay system (HRIS);
Updating HR trackers (leave tracker, personal information, etc);
Process documentation and prepare reports relating to personnel activities (staffing, recruitment, training, grievances, performance evaluations etc);
Support HR Officer to deal with employee requests regarding human resources issues, rules, and regulations;
Conduct initial orientation to newly-hired employees, support with organizing inductions;
Support Senior HR staff with scanning and maintaining HR archives;
Support HR Officer with organizing team building activities and learning events in close cooperation with administrative team.
Assist HR Manager with providing information for staff payroll (providing relevant data (absences, bonus, leaves, etc) and information regarding remuneration on service agreements.
1+ years’ experience in recruitment or human resources/ administration.
Good communication and organizational skills.
Advanced knowledge of MS Office;
Advanced knowledge of clerical work and paperwork;
Knowledge of labour legislation;
Familiarity with job boards, and HR software, databases, and management systems.
English level – upper-intermediate or higher, fluency in Ukrainian (Russian will be an advantage).
Bachelor’s degree in human resource management or social sciences (or related field).
Experience in working with HRIS and databases;
Familiarity with job boards;
Experience in conducting interviews;
Experience in organizing events will be an asset;
