Work Arrangement: Hybrid The Kansas Office for Refugees (KSOR) was established by the International Rescue Committee (IRC) as the private administrator of the Kansas Refugee Program in 2016 when the State of Kansas opted out of the federal U.S. Refugee Program. Serving as the Replacement Designee for the State of Kansas, KSOR administers funding and programming through the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services, Office of Refugee Resettlement (ORR). KSOR helps to shape the state and local contexts for resettlement and integration, building structures and systems that ensure both refugees and receiving communities are supported. The Health Program Data Associate is responsible for various programmatic and administrative functions to ensure Medical Screening (MS), Refugee Medical Assistance (RMA), and health-related local and state data collection and coordination activities move forward as effectively and efficiently as possible.
