Role Overview Summary

To strengthen the capacity of the implementation partners and teachers for successful delivery of disability and inclusion outcomes under the A-plus project, supporting overall VSO’s inclusion footprint in Uganda.

Ideal Applicant Summary

The ideal candidate will have degree in Special Needs, adult education, social sciences and social works or related discipline and knowledge and understanding of inclusive education and rights-based approaches.

 

Experience:

• Minimum 5 years’ experience in the field of quality and inclusive education especially working at a disability and inclusive role.

• Experience working with Persons with disability, youth and women community and national levels is required.

• Previous experience implementing employability projects will be an added advantage
