Title of project: Refugee-centric IVR Helpline Expansion to the field
Purpose of project: IVR Expansion Project:
Currently, the primary communication channel for refugees is the IVR /Help line, which is accessible only to refugees in urban settings. The objective of this project is to expand the IVR service with the support of the DAG team and consultants. The expanded IVR will enable refugees in camp populations to access IVR /Help line services as well.
By extending the reach of the IVR, the project aims to provide vital services and support to a wider refugee population, ensuring equitable access to resources and assistance regardless of their location.

7. General Background of Project or Assignment:
IVR Expansion Project:
The primary focus of this project is to expand the existing IVR system that caters to refugees in urban settings, making it accessible to refugees in camp populations as well. This project will be undertaken by the Data Analysis Group (DAG) with support from consultants, ensuring that a refugee focused IVR system is developed and enhanced to improve service accessibility, data collection and analysis, and workflow management integration.
