Responsibilities:
• Manage and analyze MIS data sheets
• Document project activities and guide field teams
• Design and implement community surveys, coordinating data collection and analysis
• Support MIS implementation through field visits, identifying and resolving gaps
• Supervise and monitor field team activities and follow-up tasks
• Craft engaging case studies for project reports
• Prepare and submit monitoring reports

Qualifications & Skills:

• Postgraduate degree in Social Work/Dev. Studies/ Humanities or similar field
• Proven flair for writing reports, field stories, and case studies
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Hindi
• Strong facilitation, interpersonal, and communication skills
• Proficiency in MS Word, PowerPoint, and Excel
• 1-2 years of relevant experience preferred
• Basic photo and video editing skills a plus
