Role Overview Summary

The role holder will develop and design effective learning and development solutions for VSO.
You will also work with strategic leaders across VSO to implement the effective learning pathways.

Ideal Applicant Summary

As a learning manager you will be responsible for generating and curating programme orientation materials for VSO curriculum (courses and modules developed for practitioners, both online, and face to face formats).
In addition the role will involve analysing learning needs and designing key learning interventions relevant to different stakeholders (e.g. webinars and online learning) as well as evaluating learning effectiveness.
