Position: Assistant for the Retirement Township
Location: Neral, Maharashtra
Education: Graduate/BA or MA – Female preferred
Experience: 0 to 1 years in the social sector field, preferably having experience with elder care. Freshers are welcome.
About Dignity Lifestyle Retirement Township:
Dignity Lifestyle is a retirement township which offers convenient living options to the elderly who cannot be cared for by their relatives. Since the past 18 years, Dignity Lifestyle is providing state-of-the-art facilities to the elderly who are independent as well as those who need assistance. Our Founder President Dr. Sheilu Sreenivasan pioneered yet another project i.e., a low-cost old age home within the township premises. We are sourcing an assistant for a retirement Township.
Job Description:
Candidate will assist the Resident Manager in attend enquiry calls of the visitors, show them the premises and explain about the facilities. Plan & execute recreation activities for senior citizen residents and assist in other operational duties as needed.
Desired Skills:
- Fluency in English, Hindi and Marathi.
- Requires minimum supervision.
- Presentable, accountable and friendly personality.
- Has a learning attitude.
- Respectful and Empathetic towards senior citizens.

Remuneration: up to INR 15,000/- per month.
