Job Title: Associate/Executive Resource Mobilization & Partnership

Location: The PRIDE India, Mumbai, India

Reporting: Chief Executive Office

Overview: The PRIDE India is a non-governmental organization dedicated to fostering sustainable change in marginalized communities across rural and urban areas, empowering them to lead lives of dignity and self-respect. With a focus on various thematic areas such as Health Care and Sanitation, Child Centric Development, Ideal Village, Livelihood Development, Women Empowerment, and Disaster Relief and Rehabilitation, we are committed to creating impactful programs that address the diverse needs of the communities we serve. We are currently seeking a dynamic and experienced Associate/Executive Resource Mobilization & Partnership to play a key role in supporting our mission.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement strategies for resource mobilization to support The PRIDE India's programs and projects across various thematic areas.
• Identify and cultivate partnerships with potential donors, funding agencies, corporate entities, and other stakeholders to expand The PRIDE India's funding base and enhance program sustainability.
• Lead the development of grant proposals, concept notes, and funding applications in collaboration with program teams, ensuring alignment with organizational priorities and donor requirements.
• Manage relationships with existing donors and partners, providing regular updates on project progress, impact, and financial accountability.
• Conduct research to identify new funding opportunities and trends in the development sector, keeping abreast of donor priorities and funding mechanisms.
• Collaborate with program teams to ensure accurate and timely reporting to donors, including financial reports, narrative reports, and impact assessments.
• Support the organization of events, workshops, and donor visits to showcase PRIDE India's work and engage with potential funders and partners.
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders, including HR, Finance, and Programs, to ensure effective communication and coordination of resource mobilization activities.
• Assist in developing and maintaining a database of donors, partners, and funding opportunities, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information.
• Represent The PRIDE India in meetings, conferences, and networking events to promote the organization's mission and objectives.
• Adhere to the organization's HR policies and maintain professionalism in all interactions

Qualifications and Experience:

• Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Social Science, Business Communication, Marketing, Public Relations, or a related field.
• A minimum of 3-5 years of demonstrated experience in sales or fundraising for non-profits, with a proven track record of success in securing funding from major donors, corporations, and foundations.
• Proven written and spoken English competence, with excellent writing and editorial skills to effectively communicate the organization's mission and funding needs.
• Proven skills in developing and writing successful funding proposals, with the ability to tailor proposals to meet the requirements of various donors and funding opportunities.
• Ability to be an energetic, confident presenter who can engage individuals and organizations, effectively communicate the value proposition of partnering with The PRIDE India, and secure commitments for funding or partnerships.
• Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and manage multiple fundraising initiatives simultaneously.
• Strong networking skills and excellent interpersonal relationship skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with donors, partners, and stakeholders.
