QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE
1. Bachelor’s degree in management/commerce
2. Minimum of 2 years of experience in finance role
3. Fluency in spoken and written English is required.
SKILLS & ABILITIES
1. Handful experience in the preparation of MIS and data management.
2. Regular follow-ups and reminders to the Program Teams.
3. Demonstrated ability to analyse income, expenses, and cash flows, producing insightful monthly reports for effective decision-making.
4. Expertise in preparing key compliance checklists for restricted donor grants, ensuring adherence to contractual obligations.
5. Proficient in supporting the Program Team and Head of Finance.
6. Strong collaboration skills, engaging seamlessly with internal teams (Finance & Program).
7. Any task assigned by the Supervisor.

CTC- INR 360,000
