About the Role:

You will play a pivotal role in shaping and executing comprehensive compensation and benefits strategies that align with our company's mission, values, and business objectives. You will help develop and implement our global compensation strategy, including salary benchmarking, benefits management, and annual compensation events such as salary review. You will report to the Chief People Officer.

 

You Will:

  • Manage the global compensation strategy including roll-out in the individual countries to support country HR managers.
  • Execution of the general compensation processes: job evaluations, salary increases, bonus, etc.
  • Review/update existing salary structures based on market analyses to ensure competitiveness.
  • Perform ongoing data and cost effective analysis on short- and long-term incentives.
  • Ensure compliance with legal requirements and industry standards.
  • Coordinate with HR colleagues in different countries regarding compensation review process, data validation, process improvement, and off-cycle requests.
  • Evaluation and improvement of current benefits programs to make sure that those align with diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives.
  • Collaboration with HR colleagues and finance to develop and communicate compensation and benefits policies and programs to employees.
  • Management of employee benefit programs such as health insurance, retirement plans, paid time off, and others.
  • Communicate and educate employees about compensation and benefits programs and policies, and provide support to employees, as needed.
  • Manage payroll services and (employee) labor contracts, including PEO management (third party employer).

 

You Have:

  • University degree in economics or HR management or 5+ years of professional experience in compensation, HR or finance/controlling
  • Familiarity with relevant employment laws and regulations
  • Proficiency in Excel and compensation analysis software/SAP
  • Proficiency in analyzing performance metrics for incentive payouts
  • Knowledge of rolling out global job leveling/banding
  • Knowledge of diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives as they relate to rewards programs
  • Experience managing comprehensive benefits programs
  • Ability to align compensation and benefits programs with organizational strategy
