Position Overview : The Master Trainer will play a pivotal role in the Tech Menses India
Program. This position involves leading the training efforts, designing curriculum, developing
training modules, and delivering impactful training sessions to community workers and
volunteers. The Master Trainer will ensure the dissemination of accurate and up-to-date
information SRH.
Key Responsibilities:
Curriculum Development:
? Collaborate with subject matter experts and stakeholders to design comprehensive
training curricula on SRH, and related topics.
? Develop engaging training modules, materials, and presentations that align with the
goals of the Tech Menses India Program.
Training Delivery:
? Conduct training sessions for trainers.(TOT)
Content Creation:
? Create and update training resources, including presentations, handouts, videos, and
interactive tools, to ensure the delivery of consistent and accurate information.
Monitoring and Evaluation:
? Implement monitoring mechanisms to assess the effectiveness of training programs.
? Gather feedback from trainees and continuously improve training content based on
evaluations.
Capacity Building:
? Build the capacity of trainers and facilitators within the program, providing guidance
and mentorship to ensure uniformity and quality in training delivery.
Reporting:
? Prepare regular progress reports, highlighting training outcomes, challenges, and
recommendations for improvement.
Partnership with NGOs:
? Master Trainer need to build partnership with like minded NGOs & Institutions
Qualifications and Experience:
? Bachelor's degree in a relevant field; with minimum 2 years of experience or Master's
degree in Social Work/Public Health/ Sociology.
? Demonstrated experience in curriculum development and training delivery, preferably
in the field of women's health, reproductive health, or community education.
? Strong knowledge of SRH.
? Excellent communication and presentation skills.
? Proficiency in using technology for training, including creating digital content and
utilising
Virtual Training Platforms.
? Ability to work collaboratively and independently, with strong organisational skills.
? Empathy, sensitivity, and understanding of the cultural and social contexts of the
communities served.
