About the organization
AINA Trust, a renowned NGO based in Karnataka, is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Program manager to lead our program on early child care in Chickballapur district in Karnataka.
Position Summary
We seek a candidate to oversee program implementation and coordination of an Early Childcare Program focusing on the health, nutrition, and education of children in Chickbalappur districts in Karnataka. The candidate will report to the Director of Aina Trust and be responsible for program implementation and monitoring in close coordination with field and implementation staff. The candidate can be based in Bangalore and regularly travel (2-3 times a week) to field sites or be based in Chickballapur.
Qualification and experience:
⢠Masterâs degree in social work or equivalent experience
⢠At least two years of experience working in NGOs, preferably focused on women and children
⢠Experience working with communities
⢠Experience writing organizational reports
⢠Ability to speak Kannada
⢠Motivated and able to work independently
⢠Preference will be given for female candidates
