Context
The mission of Ann Foundation is to give the right platform and learning opportunities to children, youth, the physically disabled, and the underprivileged to attain their highest potential in their lives. Empowering children and youth around the globe through education, prepares them to become lifelong learners. Online English classes are part of our literacy program. Volunteers will be empowering the children through literacy.
Task description
We are looking for online volunteers to conduct online English classes (remote lessons) for underprivileged children in Kerala, India. We need dedicated volunteers who enjoy teaching children. Class timings are for one hour in the evenings between 8:30 and 9:30 p.m. Indian Standard Time (IST) on Wednesdays and Thursdays. Volunteers will be given an orientation and access to our curriculum. Classes are conducted via Zoom/Google Meet/Skype. Candidates without complete profiles will be rejected. Note: Knowledge of spoken Malayalam is required. Non-Malayalam-speaking candidates will be rejected.
