Starting Salary: Kshs. 266,234 per month

Contract Duration: Three (3) Years

Location: Nairobi

Main purpose

The holder of the position shall be responsible for all aspects of accounting and financial reporting, cash management, controllership, and the budgeting functions of the Country Office.

S/he shall ensure that financial systems are in place and that senior managers enforce compliance with these systems, that financial risks are mitigated, and that projects and programs receive quality financial services required promptly.

Minimum Requirements

  1. Bachelor of Commerce degree, (Finance), master’s in business administration (Finance) from a recognized university.
  2. A Certified Public Accountant (CPAK) or ACCA Finalist or its equivalent.
  3. Must be a member of the Institute of Certified Public Accountants of Kenya (ICPAK).
  4. Have at least Eight (8) years of working experience in finance/accounting function.
  5. Demonstrable high understanding of finance and accounting matters.
