Mission and objectives
The founders of the Africa Youths for peace and Development having seen harsh realities which are being experienced the entire continent as a result of war and the consequent violence galore which follow, have decided to form the organization with the vision of continental integration for peace and development for youths in the continent. It is the belief of this organization that violence achieves no meaningful goal. Africa Youth for Peace and Development organization was formed 1995 and was finally registered in the year 2000 under the ministry of youth and sport in Sierra Leone, as a voluntary, youth development organization that aims at organizing, empowering and creating opportunities for youths and Youths groups that are in difficult circumstances. The organization has been working in the areas on Peace, HIV-aids, Homeless youths, War child, Health and Sanitation, youth development and total involvement of youths in the change of the society, That is by creating youth workshop training, seminars and conferences on how to bring everlasting peace and sustainable development for the minorities, the nation and the world as a whole.

Volunteer should have Knwoledge in Audio engineering, and available to to work with the project team while also working on the following task:. Create Audio Music beats, Training 25 young people on how to create Audio Music Beats.
Task description
AYPAD Organization has been working on a project titled AYPAD Studio, the aim of the Music Studio is to create a platform for young/ upcoming musicians with limited opportunities to have a chance to transform their lives through Music. For this, we are seeking the support of two online volunteers that have expertise of Audio Engineer/ Beat creator to help us create music beats and train young people on how to create music beats that can be used for them to record their Music. Volunteer will be responsible for creating Music beats while also in training young people on how to do it. Volunteer will not be asked to submit any request for Funding.
