ARFADA is seeking to establish Multi-sectoral Experts Consultant Pool to provide consulting services, on as-needed basis for our projects in west bank and Gaza , for the following:

1- WASH expert.
2- Protection, GBV, CP expert.
3- Shelter expert.
4- Education expert.
5- Multi Porpuses Cash Assistant ( MPCA) expert.
6- Livelehood expert.
7- Food security including Livestock expert.
8-Health including Sexual Reproductive Health expert.
9-Economic Recovery including Market Infrastructure expert.
10- Early recovery expert.
11- Nutrition expert.
12 Climatic change expert.

13 - Operation expert

Qualifications;
Master’s or higher degree associated with each sector ( e.g. master in engineering for WASH expert... etc)
At least 5 years of experience, including the understanding of emergency contexts, and in a humanitarian environment in addition to, experience in writing and production of reports, policy analysis/briefs, and publications.
The knowledge of the IHL, humanitarian principles, humanitarian system, transformative agenda, and issues impacting humanitarian action is requested.
Language: fluent English.

Responsibilities:

- In coordination with the team lead, the experts will contribute to the evaluation/ Monitoring / Research design including making inputs related to sectors in the inception report and the development of tools.
- Advise on the analysis plans.
- Contribute to the report writing and development of the inputs (according to sectorial- experience) including recommendations.
