Here’s where you come in:

As the Program Management Deputy Director, you will be responsible for overall financial, budgeting, supply chain, and operational functions for a large-scale program aimed at strengthening the national HIV care and treatment (C&T) program in Sierra Leone. You will ensure the program operates efficiently, complies with donor and organisational policies, and achieves its objectives through effective resource management and coordination. The project budget is estimated to be $12M per year over 5 years. Recruitment is contingent upon successful award of the project. Selection of the final applicant is subject to CDC approval. The project is anticipated to begin in October 2025.

Requirements include:

  • Advanced degree in business administration, finance, supply chain management, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 8-10 years of experience in program management roles, including grants and supply chain management in donor-funded programs.
  • Proven expertise in financial management, with experience in managing budgets over $5 million.
  • Familiarity with CDC, PEPFAR, or USAID regulations and reporting requirements.
  • Fluency in English required; proficiency in local languages is an asset.
  • Willingness to travel to project sites as needed.
