- Ensuring services are developed and implemented within the framework of national guidelines and to national expectations but flexed to meet local needs.
- Ensuring the area is working within Corporate Plan; service standards are achieved and maintained.

- Quality and performance management.
- Line management of staff.
- Management experience and excellent organisational skills with an ability for prioritising your own & other people’s workload against competing deadlines?
- Experience of working in a health or social care setting or voluntary organisation and delivering high quality services to people in need.
- Sound working knowledge of Microsoft 365; Outlook, word processing, presentation and spread sheet packages.
- Ability to prepare, manage and monitor budgets.
