Your mission
Hours: 20-30 hours per week (flexible and tailored to your studies)
Start date: As soon as possible or by arrangement
Duration: At least 6 months – with potential for more
Location: Berlin – Hybrid work setup (a mix of office and remote)

You're joining a team committed to an important mission: international crisis prevention. 
Here’s where you come in:

Talent acquisition
  • Help craft creative job postings
  • Conduct initial interviews with candidates
Operations
  • Data maintenance to onboarding and organizing employee events
  • Providing support in handling documentation and communication with official institutions
Processes & Projects
  • Take ownership of your own initiatives and project(s) 
  • Help us updating and streamline our internal processes
Your knowledge, experience & skills
  • You’re a student (preferably advanced in your studies) in fields such as Business Administration, Psychology, Social Sciences, or similar 
  • First experience in People or recruiting? Nice-to-have, but not a must!
  • Organizational talent, reliability, and a knack for thinking outside the box
  • Strong German and English skills 
  • Initiative, team spirit, and a drive to make things happen
