THE OPPORTUNITY

The position holder will report to the Head, Enabling Services and HR IT within the People & Culture function at the Mastercard Foundation. The role is to provide additional support during the implementation of a new HR System at the Foundation.

WAYS YOU CAN CONTRIBUTE

  • Engaging various stakeholders within the organization in understanding their requirements, aligning the requirements with vendors
  • Participating in process discussions with vendors to align on the design aspects of the new system
  • Assist in data conversion discussions with the vendor to ensure data requirements for the Foundation are covered
  • Collaborating in data cleansing of data mined from the current source system and formatting it in the template required for upload into the new system
  • Participate in testing the data in the source system and converted data in the destination system
  • Participate in identification of data gaps and advising the Project Team on the best course of action to take in the implementation
  • Coordinating data discussions with the People and culture data stream leads
  • Partnering with the vendor in discussions concerning integration with other foundation People & Culture system
  • Assist in testing and validating the integration designs and report requirements
  • Carrying out regular validation checks to ensure all data requirements are taken care of.
  • Taking part in all activities leading up to the launch of the system

WHO YOU ARE

  • Minimum of 7 years' experience in a Human Resource Operations function preferably includes experience in implementing HRIS - Workday. Degree in HR, IT, Business or related field
  • Workday Certification Programs, Technical skills using diverse HRIS and reporting tools is required.
  • Project Management Qualification
  • Experience in previous HCM System Projects
  • Proficiency in using HRIS reporting tools to generate actionable insights
    Knowledge of Integrating Methodologies
  • Effectively co-create with a variety of stakeholders, as well as work effectively in a team-based environment. 
  • Possess excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills with the ability to articulate information to a variety of constituents across cultures.
  • Possess professional maturity, sensitivity with different cultures, and impeccable integrity that exemplify the Foundation’s values.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate data into meaningful information.
  • Experience in integrating the HRIS tools with other 3rd party applications
