YOUR IMPACT

As part of our team, you’ll play a key role in driving the success of our publicly funded projects by ensuring that every initiative runs smoothly, efficiently, and in compliance with funding requirements.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

  • Grant administration, application and reporting: prepare, review and submit reports for various public funding projects, manage scope and change requests

  • Project coordination: draw up and monitor milestone and deliverables schedules, cost allocation, resource allocation and audits, optimize resource efficiency

  • Stakeholder communication: coordinate with technical work streams, finance work streams and external stakeholders to execute smooth reporting

WHO YOU ARE

  • Professional experience in grant management and project controlling, ideally with exposure to public funding programs

  • Strong understanding of funding regulations, compliance requirements and reporting obligations

  • Excellent organizational and project management skills with high attention to detail and deadlines

  • Strong communication skills in German and English, both written and spoken
